The new design of VOI BPR is a complimentary device to the core flow cell designed for a single phase pressure control up-stream for a wide range of viscosity by changing orifice size (0.6mm to 1.5 mm). The outer shell of the BPR is made from high strength stainless steel (17/4 PH Condition H1150) where as the wetted parts are made in super duplex stainless steel (UNS 32760)

All wetted parts can be changed to more corrosion resistant alloys, such as Hastelloy and Monel.
