Fully populated core sleeve (Item 21) with "Push-in" type dP ports and Ø 1/8" process lines aligned axially with the mounted core.

The down-stream end of the sleeve is fitted with internal and external PEEK (high temperature engineering thermoplastic polymer) anti-extrusion rings to protect it from premature failure.

The picture below shows the sleeve in rotated views to illustrate the spatial fit of the ports in the annular space around the sleeve

Spare core sleeve with no dP ports installed. Up-stream inlet face is fitted with a hard-rubber internal anti -extrusion ring that seals against the first 3mm of the mounted test core to ensure valid dP measurement at the first probe (angled).

The inlet face of the core is co-planar (flush) with the lateral flange (or lip) of the sleeve.
